Plan to attend VIP’s Observer Training Program (scheduled for mid-2022)

For several years now, we’ve had hundreds of voters and election workers approach us with stories of obvious election fraud, but they were powerless to stop it. Because of the debate raging all across our nation over vote fraud, it is critical that we document as many of those stories as possible.

Among our key findings in nearly ten years of work is the reason so many (otherwise) smart people will preach about there being no evidence of “widespread” voter impersonation fraud. Or perhaps, they claim, voter impersonation fraud is “extremely rare.” Translation: Catching somebody in the act of voter impersonation is the only thing that’s rare.

The key to restoring trust in our electoral process is to start with the facts and THAT’s going to be your job as an election observer. The problem this site will try to solve is that political parties are training observers on how things should work and have very little experience in how polls can quickly turn into a crime scene.

This training will assume you’ve had a level of training by your party or by election officials and we will start there. Our goal is for you to keep your head as you document either errors or fraud committed by polling officials and by voters. We will post other training modules on this page, but here’s the starter plan:

Module One – Mental Preparation

CLICK HERE  (or the image below) to watch this 30-minute Introduction video. It explains our training program and includes a very important module on controlling your emotions. Believe me when I warn you that your emotions can easily hijack the moment if you’re not careful. As many of us have learned the hard way, discovering fraud playing out before your eyes can affect your physiology in surprising ways. This video helps you cope with that reality.

Module Two – How to respond when voters don’t know their own name…

For now, Module Two covers addresses those pesky pieces of paper that lots of voters like to use when stealing somebody else’s identity. Rather than lose your mind and start screaming at everybody, this video helps you respond effectively.

Module Three – Documentation (Creating the evidence that sticks).

Training Module #3 covers the collection of the nitty-gritty details that transform your work from urban legend to something significant. It could trigger criminal prosecutions for voter fraud, firings for electoral fraud, and FBI investigations into racketeering. Yes, you can do that. But there are two caveats. First is to provide enough evidence to the state’s otherwise incompetent investigations officers that they are forced to. . . well . . . do their jobs in a nonpartisan manner. Second, is to share it with enough entities that dirty players cannot sabotage your effort (and ours).

Module Four – Legal fights over observer deployments (in NC)

Few things can kill the spirit of an election observer quicker than when a county election director tells their polling officials restrict the ability of observers to see and hear the action. These restrictions take many forms, but most of them are illegal and worthy of a spanking in the courtroom.   This 68-minute video is not for everyone, but it does dig deeply into the laws, administrative codes, numbered memos, and training documents issued by the State Board of Elections on the subject of observing. It also addresses some of the contradictions in those documents and what local county parties can do about it.

Module Five- Poll Worker Problems (Neutered by the law)

While you’re waiting for the next Module, feel free to cheat ahead and see what happened when an observer actually caught a woman voting three times. The observer was (and still is) an intelligent man, but he was poorly trained and did not know what to do.

Things got interesting when the Chief Judge refused to intervene. If you listen carefully, you might wonder how many times this same woman had voted before Larry assumed his observer shift… and whether or not she returned after he left.

The bottom line is that without observers, the entire culture of election employees is to turn a blind eye to such obvious abuse of our nation’s civil rights laws.

America will never have a rational discussion about voter ID laws and election fraud in general… until somebody documents the kinds of vote fraud that too many among the elite simply deny.

If you want to help clean up this swamp (?), then it all starts with just three simple words:
